By accessing or using STYL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of STYL, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the platform in any capacity.

STYL is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the service to build a competing product, scrape data, or misrepresent AI-generated results as your own professional fashion advice.

You are responsible for all content you upload. Do not upload images that contain other identifiable individuals without their consent, illegal content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

STYL's outfit suggestions, scores, and styling advice are generated by AI and are intended as guidance only — not professional fashion or clothing advice.

Results may vary based on image quality, lighting, and the specificity of context provided. STYL makes no guarantee of accuracy for any specific use case.

AI outputs reflect patterns learned from training data and may not account for all cultural, regional, or personal contexts.

All STYL branding, UI design, proprietary AI models, and written content are owned by STYL Technologies and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

You retain ownership of any outfit images you upload. By uploading, you grant STYL a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those images for the purpose of generating your results.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract STYL's AI models or scoring logic.

STYL is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a notice on the site.

Continued use of STYL after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
